This company makes it easy to check in online and be 100% ready to move into the unit once you arrive on site. My gate code worked flawlessly, units are clearly numbered, and the company provides a lock for the unit found inside the unit upon opening.

I used these units last year and absolutely loved everything about this place but this year I am needing to use them again and having a hard time. It's been a different experience this time. They are still clean and well lit but I didn't get very good communication. The first time i called i got through to someone that was local and helpful but the second time, it sounded like a call center employee that wasn't very helpful. The prices have gone up quite a bit then what I paid last year as well.

Very impressed when I called trying to locate the facility as I’m not familiar with Smithfield. She stayed on the phone, assisting with the passcode and until I was able to actually open the unit. Extremely clean unit, so well maintained. Found out last night that it was easy to access the facility from my home without going on a busy Main Street.. Thanks for your help as I was certainly stressed.

Initially I went with these guys because of their pricing. Later I had an after hour, weekend, specific emergency, need for a space. Within minutes of dialing, all was dove. Peace of mind has never come so fastÔÜí´©Å As long as I need storage it will be through these guys. I drove there from Hyrum. I currently drive there from Mendon. TheyÔÇÖre patients & kindness w/late payments or out right overdue amount, is second to none. Their customer Service is outstanding. Thank you KIA for making my hard situation simple. I think that it will work well in the future and the customer support people are kind and try to be helpful but they are all in a period of transition because this is a new property for them. My gate code doesn't work yet, the contract is outdated and talks about a lot of things that no longer pertain to the unit. First I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get the price that was advertised on the website. They assigned me to a unit that was not the right type and was already occupied and then they charged me extra to switch it to what I had originally asked for. I do think that all of this is growing pains that will resolve quickly, but it is extra frustrating to be the guinea pig when it's my first time getting a storage unit and I don't know things either. There was something spilled on the floor of the storage unit. It was an old spill, so it wasn't getting all over my stuff, but I do wish it wasn't there. The reason I would recommend it is that it is fairly convenient, and I do think that it will get better over time and that the mistakes were honest mistakes.

Upon my initial on-line registration, I was not instructed to include an * before my gate code. My code did not work until a couple times contacting the storage facility directly. I attempted going to the facility in the early afternoon expecting to speak with someone in the office only to find that there are no office hours. I did not see on the website that the facility operates entirely on-line. Once I did get in to see my storage unit, there was no lock inside so I did get one from the box behind the A/C unit which I was told about by management. I would recommend having some sort of office hours at the facility, even if very limited just so that there is help on-site.

I reserved a small storage unit and set up a time on a Saturday to move my things into it. No one was there- I came during business hours- and if no one is going to be there then why have a weekend move in available? Called the office- no answer- received and email to set up pin and unit number etc- still no contact from the people who run it. Went the next day- got into the grounds- found my unit- start moving stuff in—— NO LOCK- and you can’t put your own lock on it because it truly won’t lock. Someone has to be there to put a lock on?!!!!! Go back again during business hours- no one is there again- called - no answer- called the other numbers and got no answers- text the numbers and have gotten no response!!!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

The lot was easy to find. The unit is10’ x 20’ perfect for tent trailer. It is clean. Making A reservation was easy. Contacting the property manager, renting the unit, and arranging payments on the was uncomplicated.

Finding the unit online to reserve it was very easy. I had called to see if I could come after hours because I was working throughout the day and they were willing to work with my schedule. I truly appreciated it. After the paperwork was done an email was sent with my unit number and gate passcode. It was easy, clean, and great price.

The online reservation process was extremely easy and fast. Nikki, the manager for the facility, contacted us to verify move-in dates and times. Even though we couldn't get there during regular hours, she made sure that everything was set up and ready to go. She was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and new. It seems to have great security measures in place. We've been delighted with their service and facility so far.
